Job summary

Harristeeter in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a Full Time Dairy Frozen Management Assistant to supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department. Primary responsibilities include assisting the Department Manager in daily operations, executing departmental policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, prioritizing teamwork to enhance customer satisfaction and will be responsible for performance appraisals and training of associates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One to three months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and supervise up to 10 associates.
• Responsible for processing/stocking products.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities according to policies.
