Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store and customer service exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve customer service and sales.
• Implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency.
• Manage staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
• Promote succession planning and development for team members.
• Document and apply disciplinary actions and discharge decisions.
• Oversee P&L, sales goals and shrink reduction.
• Provide exceptional, fast, friendly service and maintain Meijer standards.
