Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members with clear direction.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in daily store operations.
• Mentors and coaches the team to achieve customer service and sales goals.
• Oversees staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Documents and applies disciplinary actions and makes recommendations regarding discharge.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and maintaining shrink for the department.
• Ensures store appearance, product presentation and adherence to company standards.
