Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department.
• Coordinate and evaluate departmental activities and performance.
• Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline.
• Provide customer service and stock handling; unload stock and reload salvage; maintain department standards.
• Ensure compliance with Dairy/Frozen standards and cleanliness in work areas.
