Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate dairy and freezer products according to planograms.
• Maintain cold chain, monitor temperatures, and replenish items.
• Apply FIFO rotation to reduce waste and preserve quality.
• Check product dates and remove damaged items for safety.
• Ensure sanitation and follow food safety standards.
• Assist with replenishment and seasonal merchandising.
• Maintain accurate signage and pricing.
• Support club operations and daily tasks to meet targets.
• Demonstrate attendance and reliable presence on shift.
