Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to keep the dairy and freezer sections stocked, rotated, and compliant with safety standards. This role supports merchandising, inventory, and member service.

You’ll help maintain cold chain integrity, ensure accurate signages, and participate in seasonal merchandising while delivering a premium shopping experience for BJ’s members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dairy and freezer stock per planograms and ensure visual standards.
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy.
• Apply FIFO rotation to reduce waste and ensure product quality.
• Inspect expiration dates and remove damaged or outdated items to uphold safety.
• Ensure signage and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support seasonal merchandising initiatives and club standards.
