Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehousing/dispatch or 3–4 years in warehousing/dispatch
• Working knowledge of general business concepts, especially dairy industry practices
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word and related software

Responsibilities

• Coordinates cooler load out to meet customer orders in sequence
• Prints and assembles picking slips; prepares ship/confirms documents
• Provides loading procedures and diagrams to drivers and staff
• Enters/updates orders in JDE to reflect load-out tickets
• Coordinates with distribution to resolve customer complaints and special deliveries
• Assists cooler leads in directing spotters/yard staff to meet delivery schedules
• Receives finished goods and updates JDE to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Performs JDE file maintenance: new product setup and sequencing
• Performs other duties as assigned
