Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Dairy Clerk to keep dairy and frozen cases stocked and clean during business hours. You will assist customers, ensure product quality, and help with price accuracy and labeling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates respect for others and adheres to Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Shows a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs. and walk up to several miles in a shift.
• May require stepping stool access for shelf levels.

Responsibilities

• Keep dairy and frozen cases stocked and clean during business hours.
• Assist customers with purchases, information, and product selection.
• Inspect and log shipments for temperature and quality.
• Weigh, label, and price products accurately using scales.
• Maintain product knowledge and department organization.
• Monitor signage, recipe cards, coupons, and promotions.
