Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Dairy Clerk to keep dairy and frozen cases stocked and clean throughout shifts. You will assist customers, provide product information, and help with shelf presentation and pricing.

Attention to rotation, expiring items, and cross-selling will be important in this role. The position requires lifting up to 60 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Keep dairy and frozen cases stocked, clean, and organized during business hours.
• Assist customers with purchases and product selection; cross-sell when appropriate.
• Inspect and log shipments for temperature and quality; ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Rotate products to prevent spoilage and discard outdated items.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure signage and recipe cards are up to date.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA, andWeights and Measures regulations.
