Job summary

Darigold in Boise, Idaho seeks a Control Room Operator to support safe, efficient dairy production. You will monitor milk silo operations, manage mixing and batching, and coordinate with the daily production plan while ensuring GMP and food safety compliance.

The role requires strong problem solving, communication, and the ability to train others, with emphasis on equipment performance and traceability in a 24-hour production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Receiving/Processing in a dairy facility.
• Ability to coordinate Batching and Mixing of bulk milk products.
• Familiarity with Mix Making Process and Ingredient Inventory standards.
• Understanding of SOPs and operation importance.
• Ability to organize problems and analyze process data.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage Milk Silo operations and monitoring.
• Operate separator/pasteurizer per food safety program.
• Coordinate daily production plan to meet timeline.
• Ensure proper ingredient inventory for 24-hour production.
• Train others in control room operations as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area per GMP.
