Total compensation for this role will be based on a combination of base salary and a commission structure tied to the individual trader's Profit and Loss (PnL).

This is a physical commodity trading role and not a screen-trading or proprietary futures-trading position. Futures and options are used for hedging and customer price structuring. Traders at Chicago Dairy build and manage supplier and customer relationships, buy and sell physical dairy products, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate execution and logistics, and ultimately own the profitability of their business.
