Job Description

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, and monitor all quality assurance standards. Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product suggestions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and inform customers of specials.
• Offer samples and recommend dairy items to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Check product quality, manage inventory, and report discrepancies.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
• Practice safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or accidents.
• Handle stressful situations and manage conflicts professionally.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
