Qualifications

• Experience in cattle handling or farm operations or similar setting.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Available to work at least 12 weeks during the summer.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of ABS proven technical solutions through hands-on involvement with clients and staff.
• Learn to measure and report progress of technical service initiatives.
• Assist in delivering value to customers with the technical service team.
• Develop on-farm procedures to facilitate RMS implementation at customer sites.
• Support Sales Reps with route deliveries, service, and product education.
• Follow safety rules and Genus policies while performing internship duties.
• Collaborate with farm advisors to integrate RMS into total farm management.
