Job summary

DFA/Kemps is hiring a Case Dock Laborer to perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading and organizing case stock, maintaining clean equipment, and following GMP and safety rules.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work a Mon-Sat schedule, and communicate with supervisors to prioritize tasks. DFA/Kemps offers a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth within the dairy family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug and background checks.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle finished or raw materials following GMP and safety guidelines.
• Unload trailers and manage dock area while keeping doors closed when not in use.
• Maintain documentation in clear, accurate format and complete required information.
• Prioritize truck unloading based on supervisor input and production needs.
• Identify and remove unusable cases and assist in process improvements.
