Daisy Brand in Garland, Texas is seeking an Analytical Sciences Technician to support testing of dairy ingredients and fermented products using a wide range of laboratory techniques. You will work with a team of laboratory professionals and report to the Analytical Sciences Manager.

The role requires a BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field, excellent laboratory skills, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Excel and good communication are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, and document samples according to the standard procedure.
• Perform routine, semi-routine, and complex analytical testing per procedures.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and samples.
• Maintain accurate records and report test results in a timely manner.
• Clean and maintain all glassware and equipment.
• Operate laboratory equipment per procedure.
• Participate in training to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other laboratory tasks when needed.
