Qualifications

• A high school education is required. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree with a focus on science.
• 1-3 years of laboratory experiences preferred

Responsibilities

• Request, track, and maintain products for review and evaluation
• Prepare sensory training and calibration samples
• Set up and support internal sensory tests
• Conduct routine to complex analytical testing of ingredients and fermented products
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Record, label, and manage finished product samples
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and equipment
• Prepare and ship samples as needed
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity
• Other duties as assigned
