Daisy Brand is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer Processing in Garland, TX, to provide strategic support for productivity, technical expertise, and quality control through continuous improvement. The role also covers troubleshooting and training for the Garland manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate holds a S./M.S. in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years' dairy industry experience, with strong analytical abilities, leadership, and initiative to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• S. / M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, preferably with dairy background.

Responsibilities

• Validate unit operation performance and process change responses to ensure identity and functionality of product streams.
• Plan and lead large-scale trials; collaborate with processing/packaging operators and QC/R&D teams.
• Analyze in-process and finished product samples to support process and product improvements.
• Lead and support metric-based improvements in yield and system capability.
