Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a flexible Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Brentwood and surrounding areas. You will work with teachers to assist 1:1 and small groups, helping manage classrooms and maintain a calm, positive learning environment.

No two days are the same in supply roles, offering weekly pay, varied schools, and the chance to gain experience across primary, secondary and early years settings. This is a flexible, rewarding entry point into education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, school-based experience is ideal but not essential.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.

Responsibilities
