Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to join a network of schools across Brentwood. The role offers flexible days and hours, with weekly pay and opportunities across primary, secondary, and early years settings.

You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, and help create calm, structured classrooms while supporting pupils with additional needs when required.

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential)
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome

• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
