• Plan, organize, and implement a variety of recreational activities (arts & crafts, games, fitness classes, events).
• Engage with residents to encourage participation and foster a positive environment.
• Set up and take down activity spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Provide support to residents during activities to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator to evaluate and improve programs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with restocking.
• Document participation and gather feedback to enhance offerings.
