Job summary

Root16 Reply is seeking a focused Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to document client requirements and drive successful technology implementations. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate needs into actionable specifications and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (CS or Business Systems) or related experience.
• 1–3 years of project, business analysis, or requirements gathering experience.
• Familiarity with relational databases is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery meetings to document client requirements and business processes.
• Escalation point for client communications during steering committee meetings.
• Support pre-sales with RFPs and SOWs as needed.
• Configure Dynamics 365/PowerApps via web tools and define specs for custom code or data migration.
• Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Train end-users and create knowledge transfer documentation.
