Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate discovery and design workshops with business end users to gather requirements and define solution scope.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs aligned with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for work item tracking, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Support testing activities including UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage.
• Provide guidance and best practices for Power Platform implementations including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps for project delivery and documentation.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft business applications.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure DevOps.
