Job summary

Root16 Reply is seeking a focused Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to document client requirements and drive successful technology implementations. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate needs into actionable specifications and ensure successful delivery.

You will participate in discovery, pre‑sales, and steering committee activities, and work with developers to shape solutions while maintaining clear timelines and strong client service throughout the

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery meetings to document client requirements and business processes.
• Escalation point for client communications during steering committee meetings.
• Support pre-sales with RFPs and SOWs as needed.
• Configure Dynamics 365/PowerApps via web tools and define specs for custom code or data migration.
• Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Train end-users and create knowledge transfer documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their sales, marketing and customer service requirements and business processes
• Participate in steering committee meetings with the client and be the escalation point for client communications
• Participate in the pre‑sales process as needed for RFPs and SOWs
• Configure/customize D365/PowerApps using web‑based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, view creation, etc.)
• Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements
• Create and manage project timelines to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery
• Train end‑users
• Create knowledge transfer documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Business Systems preferred) or related experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience working on projects, business analysis, and/or requirements gathering (technology experience with applications is preferred)
• Familiar with relational databases is a plus
• Self‑starter and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Energized by working at an entrepreneurial company
• Self‑motivated, dependable and reliable teammate
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and client service focused mindset
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform a plus, but not required
• Occasional travel required, less than 20%
