Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end on-site deployment of Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Deliver tailored hands-on training for field technicians.
• Act as primary on-site escalation for deployment-related issues.
• Capture site-level outcomes and relay feedback to rollout team.
