Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day functional support across D365 F&O, primarily within Finance and Inventory Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, investigate errors and respond to user queries.
• Support core Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Assist with inventory transactions, stock movements, adjustments and reconciliation issues.
• Work with Finance and operational teams to understand business challenges and provide solutions.
• Manage support tickets, prioritise incidents and ensure timely resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system functionality and processes.
• Assist with testing, system enhancements and optimisation of the D365 environment.
