Job summary

Qorali is seeking a D365 Business Systems Specialist to expand and optimize D365 F&O across international locations, sitting at the intersection of operations, finance and technology. You will work with accounting, IT, and business users to implement scalable processes, drive standardization, support data migration, and contribute to enterprise reporting and BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Experience in ERP deployment or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environments.
• Understanding of financial operations, reporting, month-end processes, or corporate accounting functions.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and enhancement of D365 F&O across domestic and international business units.
• Collaborate with finance leaders, business users, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Assist with data preparation, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration activities during system implementations.
• Document business processes, system requirements, and configuration decisions.
• Coordinate implementation activities and monitor progress against project objectives and timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve functional issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives by helping define business reporting requirements and dashboard needs.
• Participate in testing activities, including scenario development, execution, issue tracking, and validation.
• Act as a trusted resource for end users and project teams throughout implementation and post-deployment phases.

I'm partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization seeking a D365 Business Systems Specialist to play a key role in the expansion and optimization of D365 F&O across multiple international locations.

This position sits at the intersection of business operations, finance, technology, and user enablement. You'll work alongside stakeholders across accounting, operations, and IT to improve business processes, support system enhancements, facilitate deployments, and help drive consistency across the organization's global ERP landscape. Over time, the role will also contribute to enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
