Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementations and finance transformation engagements. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle, from business process assessment to go-live and optimization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ERP/finance transformation, strong project leadership, and hands-on D365 experience. Willingness to travel is required; CPA/CA credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

7+ years of ERP implementation or finance transformation experience.
Experience leading ERP programs and client engagements.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and D365 capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
Oversee multiple functional workstreams (requirements, design, config, testing, data migration).
Coach teams and manage client relationships and governance.
