You will guide clients through the full lifecycle from business process assessment to configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live optimization, leading cross‑functional teams and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP implementation and finance transformation experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Strong project management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations and transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Coach and develop consultants and contribute to delivery practices across engagements.
• Support proposal development, estimates, statements of work, and client presentations.
• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
