Job summary

Komline seeks a Senior D365 Manufacturing and Supply Chain Implementation Lead in Washington, DC to drive ERP design and configuration across sites, partnering with purchasing, sales operations, warehouse, engineering, and production teams to standardize purchasing, inventory, warehousing, sales orders, and production processes with a focus on production planning.

The role requires 5+ years of D365/AX supply chain experience, hands-on configuration, and participation in multiple implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics AX or D365 supply chain functional experience
• Hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management configuration
• Participation in at least two full implementation lifecycles
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, routes, capacity, planning, scheduling, orders, inventory transactions
• Experience across purchasing, sales orders, and warehouse operations

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and fit/gap workshops with cross-functional teams
• Configure procurement, sales, inventory, sites, warehouses, and processes
• Lead production planning configuration and adoption
• Configure and validate production orders, BOMs, routes, and labor reporting
• Test demand/supply scenarios and capacity constraints with site data
• Define migration mappings and validation rules
• Coordinate with costing to validate material and labor capture
• Lead end-to-end testing and secure business acceptance
• Create work instructions and train planners and buyers
• Interpret planning recommendations and diagnose issues
• Plan cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization
• Document procedures for support and consistency
