Job summary

Sarnova is seeking a Technology PM to lead ERP project efforts, focusing on D365 F&O implementations across business units. You will plan resources, timelines, budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver in scope and on time.

Responsibilities include hands-on technical tasks, milestone reviews, and ongoing stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP project experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Technical proficiency with ERP systems; D365 F&O strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans spanning multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on scope and schedules.
• Provide status updates, variance reports and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff and cadence meetings; track changes and budgets.
• Provide hands-on technical support as needed and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor team members and support hiring activities as required.
• Ensure alignment with ERP strategy and OGSM initiatives.
