Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a Technology Project Manager in Dublin, OH to lead ERP initiatives and cross-divisional technology projects. The role focuses on delivering D365 F&O ERP implementations across units, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution, and coordinating stakeholders across IT and business teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ERP projects, PMP or equivalent, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP project related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• PMP Certification or equivalent related experience.
• Technical proficiency with ERP systems; D365 F&O strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting practices and ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans across disciplines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants on scope and priorities.
• Report status to IT management and propose solutions to issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from planning to implementation.
• Provide hands-on technical support such as testing and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate milestone reviews and updated schedules.
• Prepare documentation and budget tracking for projects.
• Collaborate with ERP projects (D365 F&O) and related systems.
• Improve operational efficiencies by analyzing processes and systems.
• Support project sponsors through lifecycle and conduct cadence meetings.
