We are looking for a highly capable, stand-alone D365 F&O Developer to take complete ownership of our system’s lifecycle. This is a unique hybrid role for an independent contractor who can seamlessly transition from high-level project management to deep backend technical execution.

Core Responsibilities & Technical Scope:

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and gap analysis to development, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Full Stack D365 Development: Deep expertise in X++ coding, custom integrations, API development, data entities, and complete front-to-back system architecture.
• Project & Partner Management (PM to Back-End): Act as the primary technical lead and PM. You will manage partner relationships, translate business requirements into technical blueprints, and execute the backend development yourself.
• Complete management of Azure DevOps (ADO), including sprint planning, backlog grooming, code repositories, branch strategies, release pipelines, and deployment tracking.
• Operate with full autonomy, requiring minimal hand-holding while delivering enterprise-grade code and architectural solutions.
