Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking an ERP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable ERP solutions across the enterprise, with emphasis on D365 F&O and template development. You will guide functional leads, ensure integration readiness, and partner with partners to deliver high-quality ERP programs.

Based in Dallas, TX, the role requires strong architecture judgment, risk management, and the ability to drive standardization and reuse across projects, sites, and future rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of ERP implementation, enhancement, and business applications experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or equivalent ERP platform, with preference for D365 F&O.
• Demonstrated experience acting as a Solution Architect, Lead Functional Consultant, Solution Lead, or Architecture Lead on ERP projects.
• Experience leading solution design across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse Management, Project Operations, or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall quality and integrity of ERP solution designs across assigned projects and initiatives.
• Provide architecture guidance to ERP Functional Leads, technical teams, stakeholders, and partners.
• Review and validate proposed solutions for scalability, integration, and CECO standards.
• Establish and maintain design principles, standards, and governance for ERP projects.
• Evaluate solution options balancing value, risk, cost, and maintainability.
• Ensure design decisions support CECO's ERP direction and avoid tech debt.
