Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and ensure successful client outcomes across operations and logistics.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives and business users, development of training, and ongoing innovation in ERP strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Dynamics 365 ERP Operations certification required.
7+ years implementing Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or similar.
Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
Strong client-facing communication and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations.
Design solution architectures including integrations, data, security.
Configure D365 ERP Operations modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, PIM, Asset Management.
Develop functional designs for enhancements across operations and logistics.
Mentor consultants and lead delivery with cross-functional teams.
Lead requirements workshops and create functional specs and documentation.
