Job summary

Axiom Path is partnering with a global manufacturing organization undergoing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Finance & Supply Chain Management transformation across multiple sites, including Clemmons, NC and Phoenix, AZ. You will bring strong D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Order Management expertise to drive standardized processes and reduce unnecessary customization.

Qualifications

7+ years of ERP functional experience with D365 F&O / Finance & Operations / F&SCM.
Strong experience with D365 Sales & Marketing, Sales Order Management, and order-to-cash processes.
Hands-on exposure to quoting, order processing, pricing, customer setup, and discounts in D365.
Experience with complex pricing environments including layered discounts and customer-specific pricing.
Travel for major deployment activities.

Responsibilities

Support Sales and Customer Service workstreams within D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
Configure and support D365 functionality related to Sales, Marketing, and order processing.
Collaborate with stakeholders, ERP leadership, and external partners.
Validate solutions via UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Assist with business process refinement and user adoption of D365 changes.
Support integrations with Salesforce, eCommerce, and EDI platforms.
