Axiom Path is seeking an experienced ERP functional consultant to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout across multiple U.S. locations. You will focus on Sales, Customer Service, order management, pricing, and related commercial processes.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of ERP functional/consultant experience with D365 Finance & Operations / Finance & SCM.
- Strong recent experience with D365 Sales & Marketing, Sales Order Management, or related Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with quoting, order processing, pricing, discounts, or related commercial workflows in D365.
- Experience with complex pricing environments (layered discounts, customer-specific pricing, promotions).
- Experience with Pricing Management or Unified Pricing Management is highly desirable.
- Ability to configure D365 functionality directly, not only gather requirements.
- Travel to deployment activities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales and Customer Service workstreams within D365 F&O/SCM.
- Serve as the functional link between business users, ERP leadership, technical resources, and the implementation partner.
- Configure D365 functionality for Sales, Marketing, order processing, pricing, and customer management.
- Translate business requirements into practical D365 solutions.
- Recommend standard D365 capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization.
- Support integrations with Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, EDI, and other enterprise systems.
- Assist with testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
- Travel periodically for deployment activities.

Join a global manufacturing organization in the middle of a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation spanning multiple business units and locations. The organization has already begun deploying D365 across its operations and is now progressing through a large U.S. rollout involving seven locations, followed by additional international and acquisition-driven deployments.
The ERP team brings extensive business and operational knowledge and is continuing to move away from heavily customized legacy processes toward a more standardized D365 environment. This role will add stronger functional ERP expertise to the team, with a particular focus on Sales, Customer Service, order management, pricing, and related commercial processes.
- Join a large-scale D365 implementation during the transition from build into validation, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
- Support the Sales and Customer Service functional workstream within D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, internal ERP leadership, technical teams, and the external implementation partner.
- Help improve how the organization uses standard D365 functionality and reduce unnecessary customization.
- Gain exposure to future ERP rollouts supporting international operations and newly acquired businesses.
Work in one of the following locations:
- Clemmons, NC
- Phoenix, AZ

- Serve as a functional link between business users, ERP leadership, technical resources, and the implementation partner.

- Recommend standard D365 capabilities before pursuing unnecessary customization.
- Support complex pricing structures, including layered discounts, customer-specific pricing, and seasonal purchasing programs.
- Participate in conference room pilots, solution validation, defect remediation, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Assist with business process refinement and help users adopt new D365 processes.
- Support integrations with surrounding applications such as Salesforce, Magento/eCommerce, EDI platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Stay current with Microsoft D365 functionality and identify opportunities to improve processes using native platform capabilities.
- Help build stronger internal D365 knowledge as the organization gradually reduces reliance on outside consultants.
- Support future ERP deployments and onboarding of newly acquired businesses.

- 7+ years of ERP functional, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant experience, including meaningful hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Finance & Supply Chain Management experience.
- Strong recent experience with D365 Sales & Marketing, Sales Order Management, Customer Service business processes, or related Order-to-Cash functionality.
- Hands‑on experience supporting quoting, order processing, customer setup, pricing, discounts, or related commercial workflows within D365.
- Experience with complex pricing environments is strongly preferred, including layered discounts, customer‑specific pricing, promotions, or similar pricing structures.
- Experience with Pricing Management, Unified Pricing Management, Rebate Management, or comparable D365 functionality is highly desirable.
- Ability to configure D365 functionality directly rather than working only in requirements gathering or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of fit‑gap analysis and the ability to recommend standard D365 functionality where appropriate.
- Experience supporting D365 implementations through testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
- Ability to work with business users to understand current processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical ERP solutions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting integrations with Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, EDI solutions, or similar enterprise applications is helpful.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to travel periodically for major deployment activities.
