Job summary

Morgan Advanced Materials seeks a Data Support Specialist to assist our Dunn, NC ERP implementation, ensuring master data accuracy and readiness for Dynamics 365. Responsibilities include data cleansing, transformation, and validation.

You will collaborate with site SMEs and other functions, develop data quality dashboards, and support migration activities. A data-related degree and strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience analyzing data for ERP implementations.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SQL a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 desired.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess existing master data for gaps and quality.
• Collaborate with site SMEs for data transformation and cleansing.
• Map legacy data to D365 ERP structure ensuring data standards.
• Develop data quality reports and dashboards to track progress.
• Support data migration by preparing datasets and validating loads.
• Document data processes, rules, and validation criteria.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting for project decisions.
• Support other departments with data entry and clerical tasks.
