Job summary

SPOC Energy seeks an Applications Specialist to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, ensuring data integrity and validating business processes across Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing. You will troubleshoot, coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, and help with ERP implementation, testing, and end-user adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting ERP or enterprise business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts including: Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance.
• Experience performing data cleansing, migration, and validation.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Troubleshoot ERP application issues and resolve functional problems with users.
• Assist with ERP implementation activities, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, normalization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Validate master data including Customers, Vendors, Inventory Items, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Pricing, GL mappings.
• Identify duplicate, inconsistent, or inaccurate business data.
• Execute UAT and regression testing.
• Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Train users on ERP functionality and business processes.
• Support workflow configuration and continuous process improvement.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Work with implementation partners to resolve issues.
• Coordinate system changes through testing and change management procedures.
• Participate in future ERP enhancements and module rollouts.
