Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a BOM / Configuration Specialist responsible for managing item masters and bills of materials within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role is critical for supporting effective supply chain execution and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess over 3 years of experience in managing ERP master data in a discrete manufacturing environment and strong analytical skills. The position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Item Masters, BOMs, or ERP master data in a discrete product manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Bills of Materials, product structures, item master management, and MRP concepts.
• Must be fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of all Item Master records.
• Create and maintain multi-level customized BOMs within D365.
• Ensure master data supports successful MRP processes.
• Administer Engineering Change Orders and maintain documentation.
