Job summary

RSM US LLP in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale CRM and technology implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics CE. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and clear stakeholder communication.

You will conduct cost-benefit analyses, assemble and guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements through the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience leading technical teams in project management.
• Experience implementing and managing CRM solutions, Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned projects through lifecycle.
• Establish Cost Benefit Analyses through required phases.
• Communicate project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders.
• Plan projects including teams, deliverables, schedules and budgets.
• Manage objectives, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet business goals.
• Revise project plan to changing needs while following SDLC.
• Manage all aspects of CE implementations.
