Job summary

Permobil is seeking a D365 Application Specialist to lead finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA) within our global ERP landscape. You will maintain live D365 environments, drive incidents, changes, and root-cause analysis while supporting ERP rollout programs and cross-functional finance initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of hands-on D365 F&O experience, strong financial process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across time zones. Join us to shape scalable finance solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Deep functional knowledge of core Finance modules — GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and budgeting.
• Experience supporting or participating in full-cycle D365 implementations.
• Ability to configure D365 and write clear functional specifications.
• Comfortable working across time zones in a global, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for D365 F&O Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, budgeting, cash & bank management)
• Support and maintain live D365 environments — managing incidents, change requests, and root cause analysis
• Contribute to ERP rollout programs: fit-gap workshops, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Collaborate with finance business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions
• Support data migration and integration activities related to finance processes
• Create and maintain functional documentation, process guides, and training materials
• Serve as a bridge between the business and technical/developer teams
• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer within the IT team on D365 Finance topics

Your Role in Our Mission

What You’ll Bring

• A solid foundation in accounting — you understand financial statements, period-end close, reconciliations, and core finance processes from having worked in or alongside an accounting function
• A career path that started in finance/accounting and has shifted toward the system side over the past 3–5 years
• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Deep functional knowledge of core Finance modules — GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and budgeting
• Experience supporting or participating in full‑cycle D365 implementations
• Ability to configure D365 and write clear functional specifications
• Comfortable working across time zones in a global, distributed team
