Our program offers individualized assistance and brief (up to 90‑day) stabilization for up to sixteen (16) adults aged 18 and above who have intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or concurrent mental health diagnoses. These individuals are experiencing psychiatric symptoms and/or significant emotional/behavioral changes that negatively impact their functioning and jeopardize their ability to stay in their usual home environment.

36 hours – 3–12‑hour shifts and Every Other Weekend – 7am‑7pm or 7pm‑7am.
