Job summary

River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA, is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for crisis services and IDD support programs. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, partnering with program leadership to attract top talent.

Under supervision of the Crisis Service Program Director, you will develop recruiting strategies, track activity, and support onboarding while contributing to a mission-driven organization with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field is required.
• At least two years of recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with crisis services and IDD support environments.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Source passive and active candidates through research, networking, cold calls, and referrals.
• Manage high-volume recruiting under tight deadlines while maintaining candidate quality.
• Coordinate and assist with full hiring and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Support separation processes as needed.
• Track recruiting activity and deliver weekly status and pipeline reports.

Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Crisis Service Program Director, the CSDC Recruiter will support talent acquisition efforts by managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding coordination. This role partners closely with program leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies that attract top talent for crisis services and IDD support programs.

Location/Schedule: 750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA – Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
