Job summary

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking a D-2 Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team serving Central Connecticut and surrounding areas. This full-time, long-term role provides company-provided tools and paid travel time for servicing light to large commercial buildings.

Ideal candidates hold a Connecticut D-2 Journeyman License, have strong diagnostic skills, and can work independently or with a team. OSHA 10 is preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Connecticut D-2 HVAC Journeyman License required.
• Experience servicing light commercial and commercial HVAC systems.
• OSHA 10 preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Complete service reports and document work performed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Paid travel time between service calls.
