Job summary

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking a D-2 Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role services primarily light and large commercial buildings throughout Central Connecticut, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and paid travel time between service calls.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, document work, and uphold safety policies.

Qualifications

• Connecticut D-2 HVAC Journeyman License required.
• Experience servicing light commercial and commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver''s license with reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Complete service reports and document work performed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
