Qualifications
- Fluency in Czech at minimum C1 level.
- Strong English skills (B2 or higher).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a helpful approach.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile apps on Android and iOS.
- Interest in automotive industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels.
- Assist with service and maintenance appointments and roadside requests.
- Support connected vehicle services and subscription features.
- Handle cases with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate appointments, courtesy vehicles, and follow-ups.
- Identify concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and aid in quality improvements.
