Qualifications

• Fluency in the required support language (C1+).
• English proficiency at least B2+.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use digital tools.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS applications.
• Driver's license and geographic awareness are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels.
• Assist with service appointments, vehicle inquiries, and roadside requests.
• Support connected vehicle services and mobile apps.
• Handle cases with professionalism, empathy and solution focus.
• Maintain accurate customer records and drive service quality improvements.
