Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Microsoft customers from our Athens office. You will handle inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat and participate in comprehensive training.

Applicants must have Czech at C1/C2 level and strong English, hold an EU passport, and be willing to relocate to Greece. A relocation package and private health insurance are provided, along with two extra salaries per year.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Description: We are looking for a Czech-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Microsoft. Based in an Athenian office, you’ll be responsible for answering customer enquiries, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full training is provided.

Requirements and Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Czech, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
