Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring Czech-speaking Customer Experts for Canon in Athens to provide multi-channel support, resolve inquiries, and maintain CRM records for Czech-speaking Canon users.

Qualifications
- Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
- Strong command of English for international communication.
- EU passport holder required for relocation to Athens.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, multi-channel customer support to Canon users.
- Resolve technical inquiries and product questions with accuracy.
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Act as brand ambassador for Canon to Czech-speaking clients.
- Contribute to improvements of service workflows and documentation.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
