Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories / Laboratory Sciences of Arizona in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking staff to receive Cytology samples and perform processing for high-complexity analysis under supervision. The role supports regulatory compliance and quality in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Good reading, writing and math abilities are required.
• Communicates effectively in oral and written formats and handles confidential information.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receives Cytology samples and performs processing for high complexity analysis under supervision.
• Assists with department compliance with CLIA '88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA and other regulations.
• Maintains accuracy and timeliness; supports quality and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Works under the supervision of the department supervisor; performs assigned tasks.
